Utahraptor State Park, located roughly 15 miles northwest of Moab in Grand County, is one of Utah's newest state parks. The mass timber entry station and visitor center will welcome millions of visitors to the park, located just north of Arches National Park.
This new state park includes popular recreation spots such as the Dalton Wells and Willow Springs areas. Utah State Parks believes that — with proper planning and coordination with partners — they can better protect the area while maintaining its recreational value.
The area is currently undeveloped with only primitive recreation options.
