1430 Q is a mixed-use project with six stories of wood-frame construction over a two-level concrete podium. It includes 73 luxury residential units, 9,000 sf of retail space on the ground level, and 97 parking spaces—both underground and on the second level. It was the first 6-over-2 project completed in the U.S.
