Two story 7,000 sf lab, research, classroom and office space at the Colorado State University Mountain Campus. Level 1 and roof are cross laminated timber panels supported by glulam beams and columns. Lateral systems are reinforced masonry shear walls. Structural design was governed by significant enviornmental criteria including 100 psf snow load and 190 mph ultimate wind velocity.
