Frontier Credit Union Regional Office

Meridian, ID

This elegantly designed and beautiful mass timber office building designed by Cole Architects and KPFF Engineers will serve as the regional office building for Frontier Credit Union at Ten Mile and Franklin in Meridian, Idaho. The four-story, 26,000-sf building features a ground-floor credit union branch, regional administration offices, two floors of office tenant space, and a rooftop terrace. Distinctive Alaskan Yellow Cedar Glulam V-columns are a defining structural and architectural feature of the design. It is the tallest Cross-Laminated Timber  building in Idaho.

Western Wood Structures mass timber installation took place from February -March 2026  and took  7 weeks to complete top off.  One major benefit to mass timber is accelerated schedules due to mass timber being prefabricated offsite and other trades such as the CFS being able to quickly follow the vertical build.
