The Highline Residences

The Highline Residences bring new 16 luxury homes to scenic Telluride, Colorado. The 3-5 bedroom layouts feature high-end fixtures and finishes, spacious living spaces and gourmet kitchens. Expansive patios and decks seamlessly extend the living space outdoors to enjoy the fresh Colorado air and views of the San Sophia range. Shared amenities bring mountain living to the forefront with a slope-side locker lounge, heated garages, an elevated hot-tub deck and fitness room with scenic views. 

To streamline construction in the limited jobsite space, the project utilized Boise Cascade's SawTek automated saw technology to create pre-cut, pre-labeled BCI joist job packs. This approach made it easier to manage, store, and navigate materials on the tight jobsite, and reduced the need for on-site cutting.
