Tri-Valley Elementary School

This project entailed the construction of a new, single-story elementary school in Crooks, South Dakota, designed to serve students from kindergarten through fourth grade. The development was a direct response to a period of "exponential student enrollment growth" that had severely overcrowded the district's existing, all-grades K-12 facility. The new elementary school represented the first phase of a major district-wide expansion initiative. The second phase involved the construction of a new 130,000-square-foot high school, underscoring the scale of the district's investment in its future capacity.
