1766 El Camino Real
Burlingame, CASituated at the intersection of El Camino Real and Troudale Drive, this 8-story building features a 2.5-level basement garage (Type I-A) to accommodate a grade change. The structure is divided into two sections to comply with Type III-A height restrictions. A key design challenge was the incorporation of a seismic separation gap, which proved difficult due to its location and geometry.
