Form Studio

For their first studio, Form Architects wanted to use mass timber. They came to us in 2024, looking to create something simple yet elegant on a tight budget.

The result is an open concept studio nestled into a small lot on Hadden Street, providing a warm environment for Form. The dowel laminated timber is fully exposed and used both for roof and walls. The walls feature an acoustic profile, meeting an NRC of 0.70 and drastically improving the acoustics while leaving the structure exposed.
