The center will include primary care services with exam rooms and laboratory space, dental care, behavioral health services, a drive-thru pharmacy, and a fitness and wellness center. By integrating medical, behavioral, and wellness programs within a single building, the project will improve access to care, enhance patient convenience, and support the overall health and well-being of the community.

The facility will serve as a modern healthcare hub, providing expanded services in an efficient and welcoming environment while supporting the long-term wellness goals of the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi.
