Parque Kirkland - Stairs

Parque Kirkland is a LEED Gold Certified Development with every aspect of their community having been intricately crafted with sustainable excellence in mind. It is a luxury apartment home in downtown Kirkland that is specially tailored to maximize sustainability. A sustainability sourced 5 story signature staircase that joins the two sides of the building together was made from Glue Laminated Timber panels. The stairs are beautifully placed in a glass area to be enjoyed from inside and outside of the building, truly one of the many jewels of the building.
