The Depot at West Sedro Station

The Depot at West Sedro Station was completed in January 2023, offering an unparalleled living experience in Sedro-Woolley, Washington. This project is a mixed-use space with 76 residential units conveniently located near two quick accesses to Interstate 5 in neighboring Burlington. The residents' amenities include patios, decks, an elevator to all floors, and a large community area with a beautiful view of Mount Baker. The ground floor also contains 7,000 square feet of commercial space. GLT roof canopy and Glulam columns and beams were chosen and used to pay homage to the logging industry in Sedro-Wooley, WA.
