These residences offer affordable, long-term housing solutions for Davis Behavioral Health clients, supporting residents as they work toward greater stability, independence, and overall well-being.

The development also incorporates a range of site enhancements to promote accessibility and quality of life, including a new private roadway, off-street parking, outdoor seating areas, a sport court, pedestrian pathways, bicycle parking, and secure storage. Together, these elements foster a safe, connected, and engaging environment for residents.
