Vacaville Center Library – Multipurpose Room Addition

Renovation and expansion of the Vacaville Cultural Center Library, a single-story Type V-N building (25,000 g.s.f.) originally constructed in 1991 with library space and staff offices. The project includes selective interior renovations within the existing footprint and a new 3,800 s.f. mass timber addition on the northeast side, featuring both large and small multi-purpose rooms.
