WA 280 Greenfield
Little Silver, NJ
Under construction in Greenfield, this 4,923-square-foot modern residence is being shaped by BuildLabs with precision and care. Spread across two floors plus a rooftop walkout and deck, the home uses CLT panels as its structural backbone, supporting open interiors, abundant glazing, and clean lines throughout. Expansive windows and a sloped roof frame views and bring natural light deep into the home.
Outside, a bold cylindrical fireplace defines the pool area, while a fully equipped outdoor kitchen extends living beyond the walls, creating natural spaces for gathering and connection. Expansive windows and a sloped roof frame views and bring natural light deep into the home.
Even in progress, the project shows BuildLabs’ approach: using mass timber to create modern, open architecture where structure, light, and outdoor living are seamlessly integrated.
