Over the last 30 years, I have served as a construction manager on 50+M sf of CRE throughout the US, a program manager for facility assessment and design projects in six (6) countries, construction manager in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and as a commissioning agent on 6.5 million square feet of commercial space.

Since 2017, I have built (66) commercial modular buildings including hospitality and various multi-family projects. While I started my modcon experience as a factory side PM, most of the modular work I have completed has been on the developer side of the business. Included in this portfolio are the largest modular Marriott hotel and the first CLT modular multi-family project in North America.
