Leon Lebeniste

Leon Lebeniste is a production facility for a custom furnishings and architectural woodwork company of the same name, based out of Squamish, BC. The building is a 27,733 sq. ft., three-storey structure constructed using Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT). Leon Lebeniste occupies the ground floor for production with a second-floor mezzanine reception area and office space. The third floor holds leasable light industrial units and a small 30-seat café, open to the public, with a rooftop patio.
