River Ranch Clubhouse
Pasco, WARiver Ranch Clubhouse is a new 36,000-square-foot, two-story clubhouse overlooking the Snake River outside Pasco, Washington. The building features a hybrid steel and mass timber structural system, incorporating flitch beams that combine steel and timber to provide structural performance while bringing the warmth and character of exposed wood into the space. Designed to support the new River Ranch golf course, the clubhouse includes a golf pro shop, restaurant and bar, party barn, lounge and gathering spaces, an expansive exterior deck, and below-grade cart storage. The hybrid structure complements the surrounding landscape and the clubhouse’s role as a destination for recreation, dining, and gathering.
