With nearly 20 years of experience engineering every building material in an array of markets and project complexities, Bryan Maltais utilizes his depth of knowledge to creatively solve unique and challenging problems. These market sectors include residential, office, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, laboratory, renovation, special structures, tall buildings, and peer reviews. Bryan is passionate about Mass Timber, having performed a handful of public speaking engagements on the topic, and has led in-house wood engineering initiatives; managing in-house research, design aids and knowledge, and assisting with the promotion and design of Mass Timber’s use for clientele. Being at the forefront of an emerging construction and development market is particularly exciting for Bryan, thinking outside the box to implement mass timber into clients’ visions goes to the heart of what drives him to engineer – solving problems and leaving the world better than how we found it.
