Indianapolis Zoo Bicentennial Pavilion
Indianapolis, INThe Indianapolis Zoo's Bicentennial Pavilion is a 40,000 sq. ft. open-air event space with 11 "tree-like" canopies, inspired by rainforests and built with natural materials like Glue-Laminated Beams, Laminated tounge and groove decking, local limestone, and weathering steel. It offers weather-protected space for up to 1,000 seated guests, hosts events like concerts and private parties, features the "Magnificent Macaws" bird show, and incorporates sustainable design by collecting 100% of rainwater for aquifer percolation.
