ON 8B
Hampton Bays, NYPerched along the waterfront in Hampton Bays, this 8,500 sqft (CONFIRM) estate is built to keep the horizon close. Completed by BuildLabs in October 2025, the home unfolds across a sprawling coastal property where bay and ocean shape daily life.
The architecture leans into its setting. Glulam mass timber framing carries long, open spans and clean sightlines, while stone stucco and mahogany bring texture and depth to the exterior. Expansive Schüco windows and full-height doors pull in light and air, dissolving the boundary between inside and out. From the great room to the office to the primary suite — the water remains in view.
Outside, life expands naturally. An infinity pool stretches toward the bay, a rooftop deck opens to panoramic ocean views, and steps lead directly down to the beach. Integrated solar supports long-term performance without interrupting the design.
The result is a coastal home that feels grounded yet open — structurally confident, materially warm, and always oriented toward the water that defines it.
