Springville Seminary

Springville, UT

Serving as the wood framing and heavy timber contractor, RJP Construction viewed the Springville Seminary project as a standout example of what experienced field crews can accomplish with the right materials and coordination. Their carpenters took on the complex, curved glulam arched barrel roof with precision, careful sequencing, and a high level of craftsmanship, bringing the design to life exactly as envisioned.

Installing the exposed glulam required tight tolerances, detailed layout, and skilled rigging, all of which the teams executed successfully in the field. The roof framing system, utilizing I-Joists and LVL, was installed efficiently and seamlessly integrated with the heavy timber structure.
