Our commitment to sustainability is evident in our requirement that all new builds meet "Net Zero" standards at a minimum, with a preference for "Net Positive" or fully off-grid designs.

Recent highlights include breaking ground on Hawaii’s first fully mass timber residence on Kauai and completing Ohana Hope Village, an off-grid community project for families displaced by the Maui wildfires. In addition, we are offering free pre-approved building plans—several made with mass timber—for those who lost their homes in Lahaina, helping to rebuild lives with sustainable and resilient solutions.
