LD Bell High School

Hurst, TX

Bell High School's redevelopment is one of the largest projects included in the 2023 HEB ISD bond program. The project will completely replace the existing campus with a modern, approximately 554,000-square-foot, three-story high school built on the current site. Construction is being carefully phased so that students and staff can continue using the existing school throughout the process, avoiding the need for a temporary relocation.

The project is funded through the voter-approved 2023 HEB ISD Bond, a district-wide capital improvement program totaling roughly $1 billion and intended to modernize facilities across Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD.

Once completed, the new L.D. Bell campus will be one of the most significant high school construction projects in the region, providing a substantially larger and more modern learning environment while preserving the school's location and community connection.
