Broadway Plaza

This project is part of a mixed-use, master-planned development encompassing residential, office, and commercial/retail components across two sites: Broadway and Bay Road. It includes the construction of two six-story Type III-A buildings, with ground-level spaces designated for commercial/retail use and a childcare facility. The lateral force-resisting system consists of wood shear walls, while the roof and floor framing utilize a combination of solid-sawn lumber, I-joists, and structural composite lumber.
