Teresa immerses herself in context and culture, approaching each new project with open ears and curiosity with the goal of connecting people to the larger culture and environment. Most of her projects have embodied biophilia, focused on health and wellness, and demonstrated integrated building technologies for decarbonization, as a direct result of her natural gravitation toward collaborating with likeminded clients and interdisciplinary consultants.   Most recently, Teresa lead low or zero carbon design effort for Michelle Obama School, The Center of Food and Agriculture and Farmers Market at Marin, San Francisco Affordable Housing International Design Competition Green Award Entry "Timber Town", Laurel Child Development Center and more.  She organized and moderated AIASF' first panel discussion regarding Mass Timber, titled "The shifting Landscape of Mass Timber"  fall 2019 with DCI, Swinerton, World Wildlife Funds and Kaiser Path.  She speaks, writes and films about the multi-benefits of induction cooking and all electric kitchens to decarbonize our built environment as well.
