38th Street Residential
Austin, TXThe TimberBLDR team partnered with Moontower Design & Build on a unique CLT install for a residential Cross Cabin prototype.
The 38th Street project in Austin, Texas was installed in the backyard of a residential home and wouldn’t have been possible without the seamless collaboration of the entire project team.
The CLT panels were prefabricated and delivered to the site install-ready. Once on site and properly staged, some flawless crane operation lifted each panel—over the home and a massive 60-foot tree—into the backyard for installation.
There were several industry experts that collaborated to make this homeowners dream a reality, everything from the incredible design by Cross Cabin Build & Supply, VarpoShield applications, Sterling Structural CLT panels, to the Crocker Crane Rental expert operation. So, as the saying goes, teamwork makes the (homeowner’s) dream work.
