Baltic Pointe is Utah’s first mass timber commercial project – setting a new standard in the state for sustainable construction. Located off the I-15 corridor and at the foot of the Wasatch Mountains, the occupants will enjoy all-wood exposed interiors and stellar views of the mountains.
The project includes a 5-story mass timber office building on two levels of podium parking. It will also host an expansive outdoor gathering space and a pickleball court. When completed, Baltic Pointe will be the headquarters for Pelion Venture Partners and the showroom for HB Workplaces.
Construction materials include mass timber, CLT, and concrete rebar. Exterior materials include EIFS and metal panel, glazing and curtain wall with PVC roof membrane.
