Avalon Communities W Squared At Princeton Junction
West Windsor Township, NJAvalon W Squared Apartments is a multifamily residential community within the 25-acre Princeton Junction Transit Village, a transit-oriented development that brings together housing, retail, public space, and multimodal transportation. Located adjacent to one of the busiest rail corridors in North America, the development centers around a vibrant public promenade and includes market-rate and affordable housing, senior living, townhomes, commercial space, and shared parking. The project creates a walkable, mixed-use neighborhood designed to encourage connectivity and active urban living.
Mass Plywood Panels (MPP) contribute to the building's structural system, supporting efficient construction while providing the strength and performance required for large-scale multifamily housing. By incorporating mass timber into a high-density transit-oriented development, the project demonstrates how MPP can help deliver durable, sustainable residential buildings that support modern urban growth.
