Campus 244 is a forward-thinking mixed-use development project bringing together restaurants, hotel, and office spaces.
The office building consists of an existing 3-storey building which will be redeveloped to include a 2-storey mass timber over-build addition. The large floorplates and vaulted 16’ mass timber ceilings will create an inviting and biophilic space for future tenants.
