Centennial Park 2026 FIFA Fieldhouses
Toronto, ONThe Centennial Park Venue Specific Training Site is a FIFA World Cup 2026 training facility located in Etobicoke, Toronto. The project was developed prior to the international tournament, occupying a portion, of the 15.1 million square foot Centennial Park. It includes three soccer pitches, a multi-use field, upgraded landscaping, and two single story fieldhouses totalling approximately 22,356 square feet.
The fieldhouses feature exposed Douglas Fir glulam timber, showcased in an intricate geometric roof structure that creates a distinctive architectural focal point while providing long span structural support. The project will serve as a training base for international teams competing in Toronto during the FIFA World Cup 2026. Following the tournament, the site will transition into permanent public use, supporting local leagues, youth athletics, community programming, and recreational activities for the community of Etobicoke.
