Condominiums on the Marina in Lost Rabbit Town Center

The 145 Republic Street Mixed-Use Condominiums on the Marina in the Lost Rabbit Town Center include CLT floors/ceilings and light frame walls. This is phase II of the project and the first project to use CLT in the state.  The project was completed in four months, and was fully leased or sold before breaking ground. The building is almost 30,000 square feet, including a local RE company, Accounting Firm, local Technology company and several high end condos, including 2 drop dead gorgeous Penthouses, with a rooftop terrace.

Phase III will start soon and will use CLT also. Phase III will house a local restaurant, bar, general store and a liquor store.
