CSU Pavilion
Fort Collins, CO
Two story, 11,500 sf amenity building for students at Colorado State University. Level 2 and the roof are cross laminated timber panels supported by a combination of steel and glulam beams. Lateral systems are reinforced masonry shear walls. In addition to mass timber, sustainability features include a unique passive mechanical system that combines a trombe wall and a katabatic colling tower. Certified LEED Platinum.
