The first of its kind in Florida, Fifty West is constructed using glulam and Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), with a modern glass facade that showcases the entrance to the City of Clermont on S.R 50. CLT & heavy timber remains exposed on the interior, offering a blend of natural and modern design features. CLT offers high strength and structural simplicity needed for high-efficiency construction, as well as a lighter environmental footprint than concrete or steel. CLT is environmentally friendly, reduces waste, and improves thermal performance.
Fifty West provides sophisticated leasing options for office and retail clients. The three story, 28,900 SF building consists of premium and executive commercial office space on the 2nd and 3rd floors, with the possibility of restaurant or retail space on the first floor.
