The Corners at Belmont
Belmont, CADeveloper Linc Housing is transforming two city-owned lots in San Mateo County into much needed affordable housing. The project includes two five-story light-frame wood buildings with a combined 37 units. Nineteen two- and three-bedroom units are designated for low-income families, including households earning 30-80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and a building manager at 70% AMI. The other 18 are one-bedroom units reserved for formerly unhoused individuals. Amenities include a community room, tot lot, outdoor courtyard, community garden, and office spaces.
