The Arboretum, which has the distinction of being the first mass timber office building in New England, was designed to provide a beautiful aesthetic, abundant natural light, and energy efficiency. Located at Pease International Tradeport, this Class A office building features CLT and glulam. It includes finished wood surface on all of the vertical and horizontal supports and fully finished ceilings, with some walls left unfinished to highlight the natural beauty of wood.
