Brooklyn, NYCurrently the tallest modern mass timber building in New York City, 179 North 10th stands at the forefront of advanced building technology. This boutique condo was designed to show off the beauty of the timber construction from outside to in, with large exposed timber balconies continuing inside to open spaces and exposed timber columns. The project team is also seeking Passive House certification, with the use of an extremely well insulated and sealed envelope and highly efficient mechanical systems.
