Milpitas 3

This project incorporates a 5,000-square-foot mass timber office roof structure and mezzanine. The space provides light storage and flexibility for future office expansion, using field-fabricated glulam beams and columns with prefabricated CLT panels. Most of the timber elements will remain exposed, highlighting the natural character of the wood and creating a distinctive interior feature. The project also demonstrates the effective integration of mass timber with concrete tilt-up construction while supporting efficient installation and a streamlined construction schedule.
