This project utilizes advanced framing methods with a hybrid alignment design, and a precut framing package to increase efficiencies during construction.  The construction type is 5 levels of  IIIA over 2 levels of type IA.  The lower levels wrap around a single helix parking structure up to the 3rd floor podium deck.
