Foxridge Apartments Clubhouse

Foxridge apartment’s 13,000 SF clubhouse in Blacksburg, VA utilized CLT panels for the 2nd floor. This was to minimize the sound coming from the weight room on the second floor. CLT allowed the sound to dissipate better than traditional materials.
