Delta Dental
Colville, WAThe Delta Dental of Washington's service center in Colville, completed in December 2020, is a thoughtfully designed commercial office space that embodies simplicity and organization. This project reflects the identity of the organization through its well-planned layout and modern design aesthetic.
Expanding upon its architectural merits, the building covers approximately 20,450 square feet. Notably, the project incorporates sustainable mass timber construction: a 22,000 sq ft CLT roof deck set upon glulam beams, installed remarkably within just four days. This method significantly reduced the building’s carbon footprint—preventing an estimated 311 metric tons of CO₂ emissions, equivalent to removing 67 cars from the road for a year or providing clean power to 60 homes.
