Pine Park

Edmonds, WA

Located in downtown Edmonds, Washington, the Pine Park Townhomes transform a long-vacant site into a thoughtfully designed infill housing development that expands residential opportunities within walking distance of local amenities. The 14-unit project revitalizes a formerly underutilized property while contributing to the evolving urban fabric of the community.

The townhomes are designed to support a variety of lifestyles through flexible living spaces and accessibility features, including select units equipped with elevators connecting the garage to the upper floors. Several residences also offer street-facing spaces that accommodate live-work opportunities, creating an active relationship between the homes and the surrounding neighborhood.

Mass Plywood Panels (MPP), manufactured by Freres Engineered Wood, are incorporated into the project, demonstrating the versatility of mass timber in multi-family residential construction. The development contributes to a vibrant, walkable neighborhood while showcasing the potential of regionally sourced mass timber in contemporary housing.
