Scheduled for completion in 2026, the project pairs a main house with a pool house ADU, planned together from the outset to function as a single waterfront estate.

Structure drives the layout. Engineered mass timber systems carry wide spans and uninterrupted sightlines, allowing the interior to open directly toward the yard and the water beyond. Circulation moves easily between house, pool, and shoreline, with each element positioned to support daily use.
