T3 Wedgewood-Houston

Celebrating the spirit of Nashville’s Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, T3 “The Finery” is part of a new nexus for creatives, forming a social, artistic, and economic hub knit into the historic fabric of the neighborhood. T3 (named for key considerations: timber, transit, and technology) is mass timber structure providing creative office space with ground-floor retail.

The top 5 floors of the office building is constructed with a Dowel Laminated Timber (DLT) post-and-beam structure above a concrete podium with a 200-space parking garage. 

The exposed mass timber recalls the warmth and familiarity of historic heavy timber buildings while utilizing modern methodologies and a forward-looking approach to construction.
