Baltimore’s Port Covington is the home to Under Armour’s new global headquarters building. The 300,000-square-foot corporate headquarters features collaborative hybrid spaces, retail store, and state-of-the-art sports facilities. The campus includes pedestrian pathways throughout and along the waterfront.
A 30-foot square bay module uses cross-laminated timber decks along with glulam beams and columns. This one-of-a-kind, mass-timber structure is set to achieve net-zero operations and other significant sustainability goals.
