A $25 million joint venture equity investment and $69 million in construction financing have been secured for 515 Parkwood Ave, a 287-unit Class A apartment development in Charlotte, NC. The eight-story complex, located in the Mill District near the Parkwood Station Lynx light rail, will offer amenities such as a rooftop deck, fitness center, coworking spaces, and electric bikes. The 235,480-square-foot development will feature a variety of unit sizes with modern design elements like quartz countertops, smart tech, and exposed mass timber ceilings, along with ground-floor retail space. Construction is set to begin soon.
