Ce bureau fait partie de The Collective, un projet à usage mixte réalisé par 28 Walker dans le quartier de Canton à Baltimore. Le bâtiment de 4 étages comprend trois étages de construction en bois de masse au-dessus d'un podium en béton, avec une ossature de poteaux et de poutres en bois lamellé-collé supportant des panneaux DLT et des murs de cisaillement CMU comme principal système de résistance aux forces latérales.
