Lolo Lofts
Spokane, WALocated in the revitalized West End of Downtown Spokane, Lolo Lofts is a historic rehabilitation of a 1926 automotive shop and warehouse into 11 apartments and ground floor retail and office space. The design is inspired by the historic steel windows and heavy timber bow-string trusses, resulting in a true loft configuration with an elevated sleeping area and 12’ high ceilings. The interior renovation includes exposed CLT and Glulam elements designed to highlight mass timber.
