Centinel is the succesor company to Lendlease in the US.  Our portfolio include projects of all sizes, scopes, and materials at varying levels of complexity. 

Centinel can service clients with design-build services ithroughout the US and can also partner with third-party GC’s to deliver design-build timber projects anywhere in the US. While all projects can benefit from design-build delivery, projects relying on high degrees of offsite prefabrication and componentization such as mass timber have the most to gain.    

Our Development segment consists of projects split across the residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use markets. We manage the entire development process from securing land, creating masterplans, and consulting with authorities and communities through project management sales and leasing. Centinel manages the largest military housing portfolio in the US and is the Army’s exclusive partner for lodging.
