The Cassady Residence is a custom beach house overlooking the Pacific Ocean, designed to withstand the demanding conditions of its coastal environment through a hybrid structural system of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) and Mass Plywood Panels (MPP). Engineered for durability, resilience, and long-term performance, the home combines the thermal efficiency and strength of ICF construction with the structural capabilities of mass timber to create a highly personalized residence designed to endure for generations.
