K College New Residence Hall

Kalamazoo, MI

The residence hall project is a ground-up 4-story building with a lower mechanical lelvel on Kalamazoo College's campus. This project consists of residential housing for students as well as shared community spaces. Besides sleeping units, the project will house student louges, community kitchen, marketplace, individual and group study areas, laundry facilities and other shared amenities. 

This project will strengthen Kalamazoo College's agenda for sustainability and social responsibility by including passive energy strategies, low-carbon materials, and culturally resonant spaces. The integrated sustainable strategies will not only meet the current needs of the campus, but also provide lasting benefits in operational efficiency and resiliency.
